What to include
Questions about a calculator or guide
Tell us which page you were on and the numbers you entered. Most confusion comes from billable-hour assumptions, and that is usually a two-line answer.
Corrections and source requests
If a figure looks wrong or a source has moved, send the page URL and what you believe is inaccurate. Corrections are made publicly on the page.
Partnerships, press and interviews
Include the outlet or company, the topic, and your deadline. We do not publish sponsored rankings or paid placements in guides.
Privacy requests
Requests to access or delete any data associated with you are handled per the privacy policy. Use the same email and include the request in the subject line.
What we can't help with
